The short version: foez is a waitlist today. You must be 18 or older. When it opens, only show real receipts for purchases you made; rewards are small, not an investment, and foez is not affiliated with the brands shown.
These terms are an agreement between you and Foez LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("foez", "we", "us"). They apply when you use foez — the website at foez.org, the foez waitlist and, once it opens, the foez app and the foez service. By using foez you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use foez.
01What foez is
foez lets you show a receipt from a company you already buy from. When we verify the purchase, foez unlocks benefits around that company for a limited period — such as rewards on what you spent, and access, drops or perks created by foez.
foez is not an investment. A verified purchase does not give you shares, ownership, voting rights, or any claim on a company or on foez. Nothing on foez is an offer of securities or financial advice.
foez is independent. Brand names shown on foez are examples of where people shop. Unless we say otherwise, foez is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those companies, and the benefits are created and provided by foez, not by them.
02Who can use foez
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for making sure using foez — including receiving digital-asset rewards — is legal where you live. We may refuse or limit access in some countries.
03Access
Today foez is a waitlist. When you join, we keep your email address and write to you once, on the day foez opens. Once open, foez is available to anyone who meets these terms. Access to the app doesn't guarantee any particular feature, reward rate or benefit, and we may limit or pause access, for example in some countries or during maintenance.
04Receipts
- Only submit real receipts for purchases you made.
- Each receipt can be used once. Edited, generated, borrowed or duplicated receipts are not allowed.
- We decide whether a receipt is verified. We use automated tools to read and check receipts, and we may reject a receipt we can't verify with confidence.
- Returned or refunded purchases don't count. If a purchase is reversed, we may cancel the benefits it unlocked.
05Unlocks and rewards
- An unlock lasts for a limited window from a verified purchase. Buying again may renew it.
- Rewards are a percentage of the verified amount, subject to limits per receipt, per wallet and per day that we display in the service and may change.
- Rewards are paid in stablecoins (such as USDC or USDG) to the Solana wallet address you connect, on the Solana network. Payouts depend on available funds and network conditions and may be delayed or paused.
- Rewards have no cash value until paid, aren't transferable, and may be withdrawn if earned in breach of these terms.
- We may change, add or end benefits, tiers and reward rates. Changes don't affect rewards already paid.
06Your wallet
foez is non-custodial: you keep control of your wallet, and we never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. You're responsible for your wallet's security and for giving us a correct address. Every unlock and payout is a public Solana transaction. Blockchain transactions are final — we can't reverse a payout sent to the address you connected. Network fees, taxes and reporting on rewards you receive are your responsibility.
07Fair use
Don't misuse foez. That includes fake or altered receipts, using several wallets or accounts to get around limits, automating submissions, attacking or probing our systems, or using foez for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close access and withhold rewards if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
08Our content
foez's name, logo, design and content belong to foez. Trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
09No warranties
foez is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any receipt will be verified or any benefit available. Digital assets and blockchain networks carry risks — including price movements, network outages and smart-contract or wallet issues — that are outside our control.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, foez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the rewards you received from foez in the 12 months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11Ending
You can stop using foez at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability and fair use — continue after that.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and let you know directly about significant changes; continuing to use foez after that means you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
