The short version: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address to write to you once when foez opens. We don’t sell your data, we set no cookies and we don’t track you. You can have your data removed at any time.
foez turns the purchases you already make into benefits around the companies you use. To do that we handle a small amount of information about you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
01Who we are
foez is operated by Foez LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("foez", "we", "us"), which runs the website at foez.org and the foez service. For anything about your data, write to hello@foez.org.
02What we collect

We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
03Cookies
foez sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie we use is a strictly necessary, signed session cookie for foez staff signing in to our admin area. The app may remember your wallet address in your own browser (local storage) so you don't have to paste it again; you can clear it at any time. We use no advertising identifiers or analytics cookies.
04Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent — for product update emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract — to verify receipts, unlock benefits and pay rewards you request.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent fraud and duplicate claims, and fix problems.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep records by law.
05Who helps us
We share information only with providers that run parts of the service for us, under their own data protection terms:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Upstash — the database that stores emails, wallet addresses and purchase records.
- Anthropic — reads receipt images to extract purchase details. Data sent through its commercial API is not used to train its models.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.
- Solana — rewards are paid, and every unlock is recorded, on the Solana blockchain. Each unlock is a public transaction from the foez vault containing your wallet address, the brand, a one-way fingerprint of the purchase, the reward amount and when the unlock ends. It never contains your email, the receipt image or the receipt itself. Blockchain records are public and permanent, and we cannot change or delete them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of foez and its users. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
- Emails — until you ask us to remove you.
- Receipt images — not stored after verification.
- Receipt fingerprints and purchase records — for as long as your account is active and as needed to prevent duplicate claims and meet legal obligations.
- Server logs — short periods set by our hosting provider.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@foez.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
08Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed admin sessions, and access controls on our systems. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires it.
09Children
foez is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
